However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years. Record keeping and management responsibilities are set out in the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents. A registered migration agent must keep the records mentioned in clause 6.1 of the Code for a period of 7 years after the date of the last action on the file for the client.
